Propuesta Urbana Sant Adriá del Besós

La propuesta urbana consiste en la renovación de Sant Adrià del Besòs; en donde antiguamente funcionaba la estación central de energía eléctrica de la ciudad por lo cuál el requerimiento principal es mantener la presencia de las chimeneas de la antigua estación como patrimonio de Sant Adrià del Besòs convirtiéndolas en un Museo. Se plantean tres elementos estructurantes:
1. El tratamiento en la vía del tren que actualmente actúa como un elemento netamente separador del área urbana de Sant Adrià con el área del terreno.
2. Una vía principal manejando el concepto de rambla; en donde funcionan comercios, y continúa hasta culminar en una gran plaza en frente del Museo.
3. Un tercer elemento como lo es un paseo peatonal interno entre viviendas y comercios del paseo marítimo.
Además de ello se plantean un hotel, un centro educacional, edificaciones de viviendas altas y bajas, torres de oficinas y un paseo marítimo con comercios.

The urban proposal consists in the renovation of Sant Adrià del Besòs; where the city's electric power station used to operate, so the main requirement is to maintain the chimneys of the old station as Sant Adrià del Besòs heritage, turning them into a museum. There are three important elements:
1. The treatment on the train track that currently acts as a clearly separating element of the urban area of Sant Adrià with the area of the land.
2. A main road handling the concept of boulevard with multiple shops, and continues to culminate in a large square in front of the Museum.
3. As a third element, a pedestrian walkway between homes and shops on the seafront.
In addition, a hotel, an educational center, high and low housing buildings, office towers and a promenade with shops are proposed.
